Installed and Custom Software
Price
You can get installed versions of Assembla for your Intranet or for customization and integration. The installed version includes all of the Assembla internal tools, including the wiki, ticketing, repositories, source browsing, other collaboration tools, etc. It's economical and simple because you won't need to pay extra for every feature. STANDARD TOOLS
Wiki
A simple wiki with WYSIWIG or wiki markup options.
Messages
Discussion messages with reply threads, priority markers, email alerts to team members, and optional email integration.
Files
Save files with descriptions, tags, and versioning. The Files tool is used to hold attachments for the messages, tickets, wiki, and images tools.
Source/SVN
The popular software version control system is now fully integrated with Assembla Spaces. It includes our new Ruby Code Browser (alpha release).
Tickets
A Ticket tool that is integrated into the Assembla application and continuously upgraded. Use it for development tasks, feature requests, and bug reports. Compare it with Trac ticketing.
Git & Trac
The Git distributed version control system, with a Trac tool for code browsing and changeset reporting on the Master branch.
Subversion & Trac
Subversion (SVN) is the leading centralized version control system. Trac provides ticket and bug tracking, milestones, a wiki, Subversion code browsing, and Subversion changeset reporting.
Mercurial & Trac
The Mercurial (hg) distributed version control system. Trac is included for ticketing, code browsing, and Mercurial changeset reporting.
Milestones
Project coordination through milestones and tasks. Milestones are required for the Tickets tool.
Scrum
Stand-up meeting format where team members report "What I did", "What I will do", and "Obstacles / what I need". Stay in touch with written reports, or use it with Chat for team meetings.
Chat
A simple persistent chat. Any team member can drop in.
Time
Time reporting. Lists time entries assigned to this space by users.
Branding
Customize a portfolio with the Branding tool. Select a header and style that will appear on all spaces in the portfolio. Get a private landing page at <yourname>.assembla.com.
Staffing
Post jobs to the Assembla.com job list, monitor responses, and negotiate work.
Portfolio Manager
Make a list of Portfolio Member spaces so you can do reporting and management. This tool has only a few features, and will get more features soon.
Member
Add the portfolio Member tool to join a portfolio. The portfolio member tool provides a link to the portfolio parent space, and some reporting.
Images
Use the Image tool to collaborate on graphic design: share images, view them in large format, draw on them in the flash viewer, and comment on them.

A single-page view of important project information, with drag-and-drop customization.
External Subversion
Use your on-site subversion and integrate it with our tickets, scrum reports.
